1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure hardware integrity and quality control, returns are only accepted if:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its unopened packaging.
All original seals, tags, and labels remain intact.
The return is initiated and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Note: Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these professional steps:
Request RMA: Email returns@calderixtech.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely: Once you receive your RMA, securely package the item with the original proof of purchase.
Ship with Tracking: Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a CalderixTech error.

3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
4. Order Cancellation
Before Processing: Cancellations made before an order is processed will incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking and administrative charges.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

6. Shipping & Address Errors
Delivery: Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. Tracking info will be provided via email.
Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before checkout. CalderixTech is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Invalid Reasons for Return
The following requests will be denied:
Change of Mind: B2B orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Price Comparisons: We do not offer returns based on finding lower prices elsewhere after purchase.
No RMA: Any product returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.
