1. Tracking Your Package
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers usually take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier’s system. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. 2. International Shipping
Does CalderixTech ship globally?
Yes. We provide global logistics solutions through DHL and FedEx International.
Customs & Duties: Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
APO/FPO Addresses: We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses via Registered Mail. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 working days.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with leading carriers including FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure your hardware arrives safely.
Order Processing: Typically 1-3 business days.
Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

4. Scheduling & Delivery Concerns
If you need to reschedule a delivery, please refer to the InfoNotice left by your driver or use the FedEx Delivery Manager / DHL On Demand portals. You can also leave specific instructions for the driver at the delivery location.
5. Shipping Delays & Missing Items
Delays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major public holidays.
